Workshop at the National History Museum
On October 23rd, we visited the Natural History Museum, where we became explorers for a day and examined the evolution and natural wonders of all kinds. Our group was small, but we put our heads together and easily unravelled many questions! The workshop was divided into two parts. In the first part, we explored rare coloured minerals and crystals you don’t see every day. We had the opportunity to view and even touch interesting exhibits that were thousands of years old! Each little explorer was tasked with choosing what they considered the most beautiful stone and then drawing it. The second part of the workshop focused on human evolution. We recalled and learned a lot of interesting information about the origins and lives of our ancient ancestors, and we also examined the representations of them that intrigued us the most!
We all had a great time at the Museum and are looking forward to the next visit!
